Become a part of the Vertosoft Team as a Proposal Writer / Project Manager. This role is perfect for someone who is both a meticulous planner and an articulate writer. You will support the development of persuasive and compliant proposals in support of capturing new business opportunities. Upon contract award, you will help monitor delivery activities between suppliers and end customers to ensure successful project completion.

Job Responsibilities

  • Proposal Writing:
    • Take charge of the complete cycle of RFI/RFP responses, coordinating with suppliers to craft compelling, competitive, and compliant proposals.
    • Maintain updated knowledge of industry trends to ensure proposals are relevant and robust.
    • Manage the proposal submission process to ensure timeliness and accuracy.
  • Project Management:
    • Oversee projects from start to finish, ensuring they meet client expectations, budget constraints, and timeline requirements.
    • Act as the primary liaison between customers and suppliers, facilitating smooth communication and prompt issue resolution.
    • Track project performance and report on milestones and deliverables as required by the contract.
    • Assist finance team with monthly service billing


  • At least 0-3 years of experience in proposal or technical writing and project management.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office suite.

Preferred Skills

  • PMP certification or equivalent.
  • APMP certification or equivalent.
  • Experience in the government contracting sector is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive approach.
