SOF Week 2023

U.S. Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) has partnered with industry to host an annual Conference in Tampa, FL for more than a decade.

GSOF is uniquely positioned to execute this vision as the only professional association serving the entire international SOF community. It has planned and produced SOF-specific symposiums in the U.S. and Europe since 2015 and possesses a vast network including Allied and Partner Nations, as well the GSOF Advisory Council of former senior SOF leaders and supporters worldwide. Also, by partnering with Clarion Events, a premier global exhibition organizer, our team will lend its joint expertise to deliver on USSOCOM’s objectives and host a world-class inaugural “SOF Week” in May 2023.

In 2021, USSOCOM decided to expand the event to a broader convention for the entire SOF Community, akin to an “AUSA National Meeting” for the U.S. Army or the “AFA National Convention” for the U.S. Air Force. Thus, SOF Week was born! The first rendition of this modified format will occur in May 2023.

Key highlights of this enhanced event include:

• A multi-floor exhibition hall, organized by USSOCOM PEO areas

• Extensive programming, to include tracks focused on SOF Spouses and families, transitioning SOF, international SOF, non-profits, and more!

• A “SOF Week Campus” in downtown Tampa

• Advanced physical and digital security measures
