WOMEN IN TECH BLOG SERIES: CELEBRATION OF WOMEN IN TECH

I was inspired to start this blog series last year to highlight the achievements and perspectives of women within the industry, with the hope to encourage more women to pursue careers in this field. That is why I am thrilled that this year I get to kick off the Vertosoft Women in Tech Guest blog Series, a platform dedicated to celebrating and amplifying the voices of all different women Vertosoft works with in the industry. This series will feature inspiring stories, lessons they have learned and blogs from women who are making significant contributions to the tech world. With the goal of creating a space where women can share their experiences, challenges, and successes, and where readers can find inspiration.
To all the women aspiring to make their mark in the tech industry, my advice is to never underestimate the value you bring to the table. Your opinions do matter and never be scared to speak up. Seek out mentors and allies who can support and guide you on your journey, from within your organization and outside. You never know who your greatest ally will be so always work on growing your network. Most importantly, believe in yourself and your skills, and don’t let anyone or anything deter you from pursuing your career.
Throughout the month of March, Vertosoft will be sharing blogs from all different perspectives giving women an open platform to share their greatest lessons learned, advice to women entering the industry and so much more. I hope you stick with us the whole month and can learn something new and possibly make a connection that you did not have before.
