Overview
To keep up with the growing Vertosoft technology portfolio, Vertosoft is seeking a self-starting, responsible, highly motivated team player to join our Government Sales Operations team as a Customer Success Representative (CSR). At Vertosoft, our CSRs work with our sales team, operations team, technology vendors and government customers to ensure the satisfaction of new and existing customer base and ensure smooth new procurement cycle and timely renewal of technology vendor software subscriptions. As a CSR, your key responsibilities will be to process customer orders and engage with our customers post-sale to ensure customer satisfaction and retention, and help customers maximize value from their investments.
Job Responsibilities
- Enable & support government customers with new software procurements and renewals through proactive post-sales engagement, customer support, and sales team coordination.
- Be responsible for all aspects of end-to-end order processing:
- Validate customer awards against Vertosoft quotes
- Review order entries by sales teams
- Validate Vertosoft purchase orders against Supplier quotes
- Create and review order packets for vendors
- Engage directly with government customers to provision entitlements, facilitate file downloads and proactively identify customer issues and work with the appropriate technology vendor support team to resolve them.
- Forecast upcoming renewals and work with the appropriate account teams to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Act as a liaison between the Customer and Finance department to ensure timely payment.
Qualifications
- BA/BS Degree in business or relevant subject
- Experience in a customer service or similar type role
- Desire to learn about government technology sales
- Must have strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized, detail and process oriented
- A self-starter with the ability to work independently and in a team environment
