TIPS - Technology Solutions

TIPS, or The Interlocal Purchasing System, is a national purchasing cooperative that offers access to competitively procured purchasing contracts to its members. Members of TIPS include city, state, and county governments, public education organizations, and higher education entities. TIPS offers contracts for a variety of products and services, including software and consulting. The cooperative aims to provide substantial savings and best value for participating agencies through cooperative purchasing practices.
