As Vertosoft continues to expand its technology portfolio, we are looking for a proactive, responsible, and highly motivated team player to join our team as a Field Marketing Intern.

In this role, you will collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to support our software suppliers, focusing on planning and executing field events. Your efforts will be crucial in driving brand awareness and promoting the adoption of their solutions within the government sector through engaging and impactful events.

Job Responsibilities

  • Event Planning and Execution: Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and host a variety of events, including conferences, supplier events, lunch and learns, and webinars.
  • Market Research:Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and target audience preferences to inform marketing strategies and event planning.
  • Sales Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to identify new sales opportunities and enhance existing ones, driving growth for our organization.
  • Content Development: Engage regularly with the sales team to create and publish content that aligns with our clients’ go-to-market strategies.
  • Client Communication: Partner with the onboarding team to generate press releases and social media announcements for client updates, ensuring timely and effective communication.
  • Performance Reporting: Generate reports analyzing the performance of field marketing efforts, providing insights to inform future strategies.
  • Project Support: Assist with various other marketing projects as needed, contributing to the overall success of the marketing team.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms is a plus.
