Federal Contracts:
The GSA Schedule, also known as Federal Supply Schedule, and Multiple Award Schedule (MAS), is a long-term governmentwide contract with commercial companies that provides access to millions of commercial products and services at fair and reasonable prices to the government. MAS makes buying easy and efficient with the use of modern technology to connect government buyers and industry.

The purpose of the Computer Hardware, Enterprise Software and Solutions (CHESS) Information Technology Enterprise Solutions – Software 2 (ITES-SW2) is to support Army, Department of Defense (DoD) and all Federal Agency enterprise Information Technology (IT) infrastructure and info-structure goals by leveraging Commercially available-Off-The- Shelf (COTS) software products and maintenance in fourteen (14) product categories in addition to related incidental services and hardware.
The fundamental scope of the 2GIT BPAs is to provide a total solution one-stop-shop in the Information Technology market to meet the needs of the Air Force, Department of Defense (DoD) agencies, and other Federal, State, Local, Regional, and Tribal governments.
DoD ESI is an official DoD initiative sponsored by the DoD Chief Information Officer (CIO) to lead in the establishment and management of enterprise COTS IT agreements, assets, and policies. DoD ESI lowers the total cost of ownership across the DoD, Coast Guard and Intelligence Communities for commercial software, IT hardware, and services.
SLED Contracts:
TIPS (The Interlocal Purchasing System) is a national purchasing cooperative that offers access to competitively procured purchasing contracts to its membership. Vertosoft is offering software and related services for all products under the Technology Solutions Products & Services – 220105, and specialized services under the Consulting and Other Related Services – 230601. The minimum discounts offered are 5% and 3%, respectively.
Texas Department of Information Resources (DIR) Cooperative Contracts may be used by Texas state agencies, and public institutes of higher education.
BuyBoard is a cooperative purchasing program that allows public schools, colleges, universities, cities, counties, and other government entities to purchase goods and services at discounted prices. It was established in 1998 by the National School Boards Association and is currently administered by the Texas Association of School Boards.

State and local government agencies may use CMAS unless the CMAS contractor explicitly stipulates in their CMAS that it is not available to local governments. The State of California establishes multiple award agreements in accordance with Public Contract Code Sections 10290 et seq. and 12101.5 (effective January 1994).
