TIPS (The Interlocal Purchasing System) is a national purchasing cooperative that offers access to competitively procured purchasing contracts to its membership. Vertosoft is offering software and related services for all products under the Technology Solutions Products & Services – 220105, and specialized services under the Consulting and Other Related Services – 230601. The minimum discounts offered are 5% and 3%, respectively.
