TEN YEARS OF VERTOSOFT

Ten years ago, on September 19, 2016, I founded Vertosoft with a simple but ambitious belief: innovative technology companies deserved a public-sector distributor that delivered genuine value and treated every relationship as a true partnership.

At the time, Vertosoft was a new company with a great deal to prove. As we celebrate our 10th anniversary, I am proud of how far we have come and deeply grateful to the people who made that growth possible.

What makes me proudest is the extraordinary team we have built. Over the past decade, Vertosoft has brought together people who care deeply about our customers, suppliers, partners, and one another. They bring energy and integrity to their work, along with a genuine commitment to helping others succeed.

A company can define its values, but its people create its culture. The Vertosoft culture has taken shape through everyday choices. Our teammates take ownership, respond when someone needs help, solve problems when challenges arise, and celebrate one another’s accomplishments. That spirit of collaboration and service has become one of our greatest strengths.

To every Vertosoft employee, past and present, thank you. You have contributed to our story, strengthened our company, and helped make Vertosoft what it is today. Building a company is never the work of one person. This milestone belongs to all of you.

Our success also rests on trust and strong partnerships. Over the past 10 years, we have had the privilege of working with remarkable technology companies that trusted Vertosoft to represent their brands, support their partners, and help them grow in the public sector. We have never taken that responsibility or their trust for granted.

Among the many companies that have shaped our journey, I especially want to thank OpenGov, IBM, and Workiva. Their confidence in Vertosoft during our earliest years meant more than they may ever fully know. They believed in our people, our approach, and our vision for what Vertosoft could become. I am deeply grateful for their early support and for the strong partnerships we have built together over the past decade.

I am equally thankful to every supplier, reseller, customer, and business partner that has been part of our journey. Every opportunity and challenge has helped shape Vertosoft into a stronger and better company.

From the beginning, our goal has been to become the trusted, value-driven technology solutions distributor our suppliers, partners, and customers can count on. After 10 years, that commitment still captures who we are and what we value most. We measure success in more than revenue, growth, or the number of companies we represent. We also measure it in the relationships we have built, the careers we have helped develop, the opportunities we have created, and the public-sector missions we have helped support.

This anniversary is also a chance to look ahead. Technology is advancing faster than ever, and public-sector organizations need trusted partners who can help them understand, procure, and adopt innovations that improve how government agencies operate and serve the public.

I believe Vertosoft’s greatest opportunities are still ahead of us. We will continue investing in our people, strengthening our culture, expanding the value we provide, and earning the trust of our suppliers and partners every day.

To our employees, suppliers, channel partners, customers, advisors, and everyone who has supported Vertosoft over the past decade: thank you. Your trust, dedication, and belief in our company made this milestone possible.

I am grateful for the past 10 years and even more excited about what we will accomplish together over the next 10.
